My clients are commissioning FotoMataio Fotografia to produce photographs as a work for hire.

As such, all rights to the photographs, including copyrights and any other intangible rights, are transferred to the client upon final delivery and full payment.

The photographer retains no ownership or reproduction rights to the photographs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
